How to use on Neck

1) Select preferred mode. We recommend mode 2 green LED/medium sonic vibration/heat or mode 3 red LED/high sonic vibration/heat for the neck.

2) Start from the base of the neck, either right or left side, slowly move the massage head upwards towards chin, and jaw line, applying gentle pressure so you are “ lifting” the neck. Work inwards towards the middle but make sure the head remains on the side of the neck and not directly over the center. Then repeat on the opposite side. Ms.W makes a little 'beep' sound every 60seconds, this helps keep track of the treatment timing.

5 minutes we recommend spending at least 3-5minutes on each side of your neck

How to use on Face and Eye

Select preferred mode. You can use all 3modes on the face so you can either give your face a complete make-over starting with blue LED mode, then green LED mode and final red LED mode. Or select mode which most suits your requirement and feels most beneficial.

-For chin and jowl area, start at center and move the device outwards and upwards applying light pressure

-For cheek area start at each side of nose and move outwards and upwards.

-For forehead start above the eyebrows and move upwards then outwards.
