Answer:	Been using this product for a few months now. Combined this with diet and exercise which helped me lose 22lb in 2 months. Pros: boosts metabolism indefinitely (you'll notice you sweat more), suppresses appetite, burns fat Cons: upset stomach (burning pain), Diarrhea, if you have anxiety it will intensify. I personally have not experienced having more energy necessarily but I have experienced inability to fall asleep if I take a 2 pill dose for dinner time. Answer:	This product is to burn fat, the PM version just has 5 mg of melatonin to help you fall asleep and does not have the 270 mg of caffeine that would interfere with sleeping. Melatonin is a very mild sleep inducer and personally from taking melatonin by itself as a supplement I build a resistance to it and it stops working after a week (but this is me, others are more than likely different), it makes you fall asleep but will not keep you asleep which can be an issue for some sleepers (i.e. light sleepers who wake up to every little noise), but if you aren't someone with general problems sleeping (like me) it basically helps you fall into a deep sleep (REM sleep) state faster so you spend more time fully resting and wake up better rested/with more energy in the morning. The "dry" version is just a diuretic, makes you pee out the excess water in your body, not something you should really use for weight loss IMO because any pounds you shed are extremely temporary and nothing to do with fat, it is however popular with muscle builders who want to show off their toned bodies, water bloating can hide the muscle. Nothing to do with dieting, just for aesthetics. Hope this helped!

Answer:	Yes, the 2 dates alone amount to 12 grams of sugar. Not for diabetic or antiinflammatory diets. That's a whole days worth of sugar for me. Yet, it is all natural and dates have fiber and other nutrients too. Still so much better than a candy bar. I just wish they cut one date for the blueberry, which has 17(!) grams sugar. One less date and one more blueberry, I think would make it more level with the other flavors.
