Answer:	IMO, the candidaplan.com is the best for so many reasons. You can see my review from summer 2015. Dr. McCombs has a recommended diet with YES/NO foods. You can definitely eat without yeast--just remove bread and most packaged/processed foods from your diet. Change is hard, but just go slowly and implement one change at a time (like what you eat for lunch). For lunch, I recommend something like chicken salad over lettuce (instead of bread) or egg salad over lettuce. If you are vegetarian like me, A large cooked sweet potato (the white kind for me) is substantial enough to serve as lunch. I make them ahead and keep them refrigerated. I love them that way. Green smoothies are good and an excellent lunch. I make mine (2 quarts for 2 days) with 3 cups water, as much spinach or greens as I can jam in there (I add it multiple times), 2 bananas, 4 cups of frozen fruit (or fresh). Blend in high powered blender. Costco sells big bags of organic frozen fruit. They also sell a bag of fresh power greens for 4.49. Already washed, so you can just grab and use. Kale, Spinach and Chard--baby greens. I fit a good pound of greens into my smoothies. NOTE: on the candidaplan.com diet, you cannot have blended fruit the first 8 weeks. You can have fruit that you eat--just no blended fruit. It affects your blood sugar differently when blended. Costco also has organic red pepper hummus for an excellent price--dip veggies in and eat for lunch. Once you can add grains back in, you can use a flat bread like a pita without yeast. Guacamole with veggies for dipping can also fill you up. Excellent fats, good for you, good for candida ;) Hope this helps! There is a home-made mayo you can use on the candidaplan.com diet. Very simple to whip up in a food processor or blender. Only 3 ingredients and turns out just like real mayo--no sugar of course, and no dairy!

Question:	are they kosher
Answer:	Probably, they are all herbs and vegetable products.
Question:	How does this exactly work? Like day 1 etc, how does your body feel
Answer:	One bottle covers 17 days. The instructions on the bottle explain: Start with 1 pill on Day 1, 3 pills on Day 2, 6 pills on Day 3 and then 10 pills every day thereafter until the bottle is empty. I found it took me 2 bottles with a 2 week break in between (36 weeks total) to get rid of Blastocystis Hominis, including changing my diet to eliminate all sugar, alcohol, dairy and gluten to starve the parasite/yeast. I recommend taking a 3-day stool test at least one month later to make sure it's gone.
Question:	Where can I find the dosage suitable for dogs. I read someone used it with success, my dog is a rescued stray that tested + for heart worm
