Answer:	"Meal" would give you more energy per serving "Fit" would give you more satiation with the extra 8g protein per serving. "Fit" is designed for weight loss, withs some extra ingredients to help with weight loss. "Meal" has a greens blend, and a fruit and vegetable blend, whereas "Fit" doesn't. Both can help with losing weight thanks to the high amount of protein and fiber, with almost not fat or carbs. Fit will provide you more satiation per serving due to the extra protein. Meal should give you more energy per serving due to the greens, fruit and vegetable blend. It also contains more vitamins due to these blends, including b vitamins. Fit does not contain any b vitamins. You could mix them according to how much energy you want VS fat you want to lose. Answer:	Milk protein is typically both whey and casein protein. More than likely this does contain both whey (the fast acting protein in milk) and casein (the slower acting protein in milk).
Question:	Can this be used as coffee creamer
Answer:	I actually switched from the 25g one because I had a lot of trouble with clumping as others have reported. This one is thinner so its not as filling, which is not great because I drink these for breakfast on the go. On the other hand the texture is much nicer...no clumps...and its a little sweeter and more chocolatey. I used to put extra chocolate stevia drops in the 25g one, but no need to do that with this one.

Answer:	If you are a diabetic, you learn that the amount of fiber cancels out a certain amount of carbs. So if you have 9 grams of carbs, minus the fiber (5 grams) then you are left with 4 net grams. Your body registers 4 grams of carbs for these shakes.

Answer:	For me, it works just fine. It is like a hairbrush with plastic bristles with a curved handle. I was using one of my hairbrushes as a back scratcher anyway, so this feels good to me. It is longer than any brush I could find, so it can get under my shoulder blades as well as the middle of my spine. I really like it and I can recommend it but I don’t know what you mean by a deep scratch. I don’t want a back scratcher that I have to worry about drawing blood. The heads on each one of these bristles is round. I have shoulder issues so this longer handle really helps me scratch my back. I also like the fact that this handle folds so that you can put it in a suitcase for travel.

Question:	why is this overpriced
Answer:	I am Diabetic. I know to subtract Fiber from total Carbs. But I'm not sure if we (Diabetics) subtract the Glycerin too, or if that's just an Atkins Plan thing. So if I eat this bar, that is 23g Carbs, 12g Fiber= 11 Carbs. Do I take my insulin for 11 Carb ratio? Or subtract the glycerin too and only consider 3 Carbs/insulin ratio?
Question:	How many calories? Someone post a photo of nutrition label please. The one someone took here is blurry

Question:	How are they calculating three net carbs if there’s 23 total carbs and 12 fiber
Answer:	I stopped buying Atkins PB Bars on Amazon, even though I would like to. They are MUCH cheaper and MUCH fresher at BJs. They sell a box of 16 PB Meal Bars for about $19.50 and the expiration dates are always 8-10 months out, at least. Walmart sells a box of ONLY 5 bars for $8. Amazon's best price is $11.27/8 bars. Plus, I often receive them in dented boxes and with expiration dates only about 3-4 months away. I really like Atkins bars but I won't buy them on Amazon any more. I only buy Luna Bars on Amazon these days.
Question:	Are these Keto friendly
Answer:	They're similar. Slimfast has sugar, these do not. So I don't eat Slimfast any more. I do admit, however, the Slimfast taste a little better, I think it's the texture. The Atkins cookie dough are not gooey or soft like cookie dough, and the chocolate chips are very small. The flavor is good, don't get me wrong, I still like them. But if you like chocolate Atkins has much better bars (just my opinion, these things are subjective obviously). Atkins Chocolate Chip Granola is good if you like crunchy, and it has lots of chocolate chips. Atkins Triple Chocolate Crunch is excellent for chocolate lovers, crunchy, dark chocolate, lots of chocolate chips. Atkins makes a nut roll that tastes just like PayDay, one that tastes just like Snickers, and a cookie bar that is like a huge Oreo cookie. The chocolate caramel nut roll is one of my favorites.
