Question:	Is there any way to buy just the lids? I have used them for months and some of the lids are broken but the bottoms are still fine

Is the food gluten free

Answer:

Yes....as long as there's a number 2, 5, 6 on the bottom of container in a triangle you know it's safe for dishwasher on top rack and microwave for less than 2 minutes. I personally still don't use mine in the microwave....even though they claim it's safe. I've used all of my companies trainers for over 6 months, never had any problems with them opening or closing and to me they look fine, I basically use them to take lunch in for work, they don't look like fine China but they do serve the purpose.

Question:	what are the average calories in each product
Answer:	The containers main function is to help you measure your food. For example, one serving could be two full green (vegetable) containers which is 1C each and another serving would be one red (protein) container. Sometimes I measure my food then put it into a larger container for transporting/meal prep, or on my plate. These squares fit great in my lunch container so I bought two sets. If I have anything that I will heat in the microwave, I use a different container. I really do like this containers and use them everyday.
Question:	Do you have vegetarian plans
Answer:	If you want to buy these cheaply here, you could then go and get a beachbody on demand membership that has workouts w Autumn Calabrese-there's a free trial period...and For some time they have the meal programs that come with a package...this one would be 21 day fix. Also could just do a search on 21D fix recipes and they'll have the container portions
