Answer:	I found this on HealthCentral.com website: Vitamin D2 is the form of D that is found in fortified foods like milk, juices or cereals and D3 is the form that is synthesized by the skin when it's exposed to the sun or (ultraviolet light/UVB). D2 (ergocalciferol) can be found, in some plants/fungus. D3 (cholecalciferol) is the sunlight form, and can also be obtained from animals that manufactured it through their skin, like that in fish liver. Since the body can produce this it's actually considered a hormone and not a vitamin. D regulates calcium and phosphorus in the body.Some feel that D3 is more effective in humans than D2. Answer:	Yes! A plastic straw will fit the lid nicely.
Question:	does it have a fish oil liquid consistency or a grainy paste inside? i would like to pierce it and give to my daughter. thank you
Answer:	Not sure what you mean but it is a single 20 oz cup; unless you place an order for multiple cups.
Question:	How is this product “Certified Vegan” if it has gelatin and beeswax in the ingredients list
Answer:	I only hand washed mine. I have never put in the dishwasher.
Question:	Does this contain any form of soy
Answer:	I have often put COPCO cups like these in the microwave including the top, though not recommended for up to 1 minute 15 seconds over the years without any deterioration of the cup. Having said this, the COPCO Cups I have do NOT have the Starbucks Rationalization, so I can not speak to that aspect, though I don't think that would be a problem

Our Complete E supplement is a comprehensive formula that provides all eight naturally occurring forms of Vitamin E in both tocopherol and tocotrienol forms. Often times supplemental Vitamin E products use cheap synthetic forms or don’t contain the full spectrum. We source only naturally occurring Vitamin E forms from Non-GMO vegetable sources.

Vitamin E protects cell membranes and other fat-soluble parts of the body from damage, such as LDL cholesterol, aka “bad” cholesterol. Only when LDL is damaged or oxidized does cholesterol appear to increase cardiovascular health risks and Vitamin E is an important antioxidant protector of cholesterol, both “good” and “bad”.
