Answer:	I'm speaking strictly for No-Stim. I would say no to your question. I am a diabetic with a heart problem as well and my primary physician (who cares for my diabetes) told me to go ahead and take this; that it was safe for me. I took the bottle in for her to see and she checked the ingredients, etc., and told me it was safe. I bought the No-Stim for a non-stimulant appetite suppressant more than actual weight loss and it helps me a good deal for that. It also helps with bloating for me. The weight comes off slower than what some other "lean-diet" pills claim, but I'm happy. I've been taking No-Stim for a good while, but in earnest for over four months and have lost 17 pounds. It may not seem like a lot, but slow and steady wins the race. Plus, and most important to me, I have zero side effects with either my diabetes or heart problem. I normally take two pills daily (1 around 10:30am; 1 around 5:00pm) and at times a 3rd around 10:00pm. I've never taken more and in fact haven't needed to do so. I think you'll like No-Stim. Answer:	This is my only vitamin that smells really bad. I agree with the other reviews on this page. The smell is not like the vitamin B smell. It is potent and made me nauseous the first few times I took it. I've learned to hold my breath before I take them now. I'm not overly sensitive to smell nor am I picky (I take roughly 20 vitamins and herbs a day) but the bad smell review you are hearing from everyone on this thread is accurate.

Answer:	I don't really know if it will help with hair growth. I don't have that problem but my daughter has hair issues and was in need of some good vitamins. After I started on them and had success I started my husband who was struggling with some issues and I could tell a difference in him in a week or two. I started her on them and she never misses a day without them. They have helped her hair but it wasn't all the answer. We are still searching for that but I think it will continue to improve as she has only been on them for a couple of months. I have tried a lot of vitamins in my lifetime and never found one as good as this one. For my family anyway.

Answer:	B12 is poorly absorbed. If you take about 500mcg / day, you might absorb only 10mcg of that depending on your levels of Intrinsic Factor. You should read the National Institute of Health guidelines on b12 intake. There's also a belief by many health professionals that the 2.4mcg/day limit is too low. The FDA guidelines are 6mcg/day.

Answer:	If you're young which i think you are...i was obsessed with being taller when i was young...i turned out to be 6'3 and all my other brothers turned out to be short. 5'6/5-8....so i would drink alot of milk for the calcium almost about a gallon a day...i heard stretching worked so i stretched and even getting good sleep worked.. i believe there are treatments where people inject hgh into there knees you should research this. I also avoided weight lifting maybe i started that prematurely.

Answer:	I don’t think that is sugar on the outside. It has a slight sour bite to it which likely means it is acidic acid... probably used for not only better taste, but as a preservative and to account for the vitamin C.
