Answer:	I think it would work if you get the correct size. I bought a 165cm bag for my 154cm snowboard and have more than enough room to fit my boots, helmet, tools, and a couple outer layers in there.

Answer:	I have a 153cm but got the 157 and have more then enough room for boots googles and a helmet if needed

Answer:	My 165cm bag fits my 164cm board, bindings, boots, ski pants, thick jacket and shell, socks, etc. All my gear. It's a little tight but fits 4 days worth of gear.

Answer:	It does not seemed designed to stretch. I would not force it and expect it not to put too much pressure on seams.
