Answer:	This question is asked quite a bit; I am surprised the seller has not provided any guidance. The inositols are insulin sensitizers (more specifically, secondary insulin messengers). They are necessary for insulin to communicate with the cells of the body. The connection between inositol and your reproductive system is the metabolic (energy production) system. Problems with high insulin levels cause high androgens and concomitant problems with the repro system, such as PCOS. If you are menopausal, your repro days are behind you, but any problems you had with insulin sensitivity will remain. Does that make sense? A lot of people associate inositols with reproductive functions, but that is only one part of the whole picture!
