Question:	My hands are a little on the small and weak side, how difficult is it to operate? thank you
Answer:	Not hard to operate as long as your hand can do a twisting motion using the thumb and forefinger. However, when it gets down to about an inch or so in the slicer, you may want to use a paper towel to get better traction and grip while twisting until you cannot anymore when there is a little of the vegetable in the slicer, which you can either eat or discard.
Question:	Does it require batteries to operate or are they included
Answer:	It's not battery operated..it's a manual slicer, but easy to use.

Answer:	It is not very easy to clean. That is the ONLY bad thing about it. I use a toothpick to clean between the blades. But I use it all the time, and LOVE it!!

Answer:	If you slice carrots it can bend the blades. It should be used on strawberries,grapes, kiwi, small tomatoes, mushrooms, fresh mozzarella , banana, mango, etc. soft fruits and cheeses.

Answer:	IT does squish the tomato for not the most beautiful slices, but I put the squashed slices back through and get nearly perfect chopped seeded tomatoes for salsa, salads, or whatever

Question:	Is it a pain to have to cut the veggies just the right size to fit into this cutter
Answer:	No it is not a pain. It is a challenge to get the vegetable to stand straight up for even slicing.

Answer:	Yes it can be washed in the dishwasher...sometimes though bits of the vegetable gets stuck between the blades and i just use a brush to get it out. But it's not a deal breaker or anything. This gadget is AMAZING! I use it almost on a daily basis. I've never eaten so much zucchini in my life!

Question:	Watched a demo on UTube - Is this the model made in Germany? and is the 3mm setting close to angel hair size
Answer:	It's designed in Germany, manufactured in China (they all are).The smallest spiral is a thicker than angel hair, but not quite spaghetti.It does well with thicker circumference produce like beets, than with thinner stalks like carrots, so if you buy it - buy wider more mature zucchini etc.

Answer:	It does spiral potatoes but for the best results you should pick long shaped ones or you can use Zucchini/cucumber.
