Answer:	I have taken the phytoceramides derived from rice as well as these, which are taken from sweet potatoes. Perhaps it is the brand, but I have seen better results with these than the rice ones. I definitely would not take the ones that are derived from wheat, although I don't have allergies. In my opinion, it probably doesn't matter that much; you will see the results in 3-4 weeks with either of them.
Question:	Have any of the female users of this product noticed weight gain
Answer:	I haven't had any weight gain since using this supplement. I eat a very healthy diet and I haven't had any issues with the supplements I take.

The Page Title is: "Phytoceramides 700mg 200 Capsules (...)" so YES it is misleading when compared to the actual label of the bottle that says 700 mg is a serving at each capsule being 350 mg (which I did not take into account when I purchased). This has me questioning my purchase. The original question raises a good point. I may return these.
