Answer:	No it doesn't.

Answer:	The supplement facts do not state that it is required during workouts. You can certainly use this supplement if you are not working out.
Question:	Why isn’t there a month’s supply in a bottle
Answer:	I believe right away (within first month). The "new hair" that the stylist commented on was consistent with 4-6 months of growth (4-6"), which is consistent with the time period the vitamins were started. I do want to add that she was not taking a multi vitamin before, so I can't say 100% it is these vitamins or just any vitamin would do it.

Answer:	I'm not sure whether it meets the standard for vegetarian or vegan, because they are vitamins. But I'm sure it is good as multivitamin for women.

Answer:	The medium is equivalent to 7/8 so a large would be 10/12 I would believe.

Question:	How large is the tablet... my wife has trouble choking down the large ones. I take the men's version and she said they are way too big
Answer:	This one is very large and hard to take and is a beige greenish speckled in color. The vitamin for Women over 50 is smaller, and is pink. It doesn't have iron in it, though, if your wife needs iron. The pink one is my favorite. I can't swallow this larger beige speckled one.
Question:	Does anyone know what is the difference between this and the max potency
Answer:	This one, you take one per day; the max potency recommendation is 3 per day, and has way more concentration. But overall, this one has more vitamin count per pill than the max potency. I would recommend this one, as you don't need to overdose on multivitamins.

Answer:	Bottle states that it does not contain: salt, sugar, wheat grain, dairy products, artificial flavoring, colors or preservatives.

Answer:	I'd suggest you compare both labels and see the amounts of each vitamin/mineral/fruits/veggies: some are lower as well as higher for women 50+ compared to this one. For example, less of vitamins A, C, E... But higher amount of calcium on the 50+.
