Answer:	I personally am not too concerned with RDA's on vitamins and minerals that are water-soluble (thiamine), as our body will just take what it needs and any excess will pass in the urine. We must also factor in that each person's nutritional needs are individual and unique according to their diets, emotions, lifestyle, etc.. That being said, some vitamins are synthetic based and some are others are derived from whole foods. I eat as much of an organic whole food diet as I can, which to me is more important than supplements. Even so, we can still be lacking in vitamins and minerals due to genetics, inadequately absorbing issues, stress and the quality of the foods we eat, including organic foods. Therefore, I choose to take whole food based supplements whenever possible to help supplement my diet. The body recognizes whole food based supplements as food. It's just a personal preference for me.

Answer:	The label shoes no carbs or calories. It's only 1 capsule a day. The only thing I could see that could be counted would be the gel cap and they are usually minimal. Thanks

Question:	Why do you have to check with a dr if on a blood thinner
Answer:	I am on blood thinner, Plavix, the dr. told me I could take anything I wanted except not to exceed 200 mg. of vitamin E. I am also on Statins and I take CoQ10 200 mg. no problems. I also take low doses of Gingko, garlic, and many others. Hope this helps.
