Answer:	I have asthma which tends to act up more at night and I usually will have to take a nebulizer treatment every night. While taking this I wasn’t waking up at night with an attack but then I stopped taking it for about 2 weeks and attacks started up again. Resumed taking this and again the attacks every night subsided. I never realized it could be this product causing less attacks until I read reviews about it helping others with their asthma. To be clear I still have attacks but they are not as severe or as frequent.

Answer:	When looking into a product for my tots I used two different agencies test results... been so long now I do not remember them. I found these to be the best fit. Answer:	I have been giving my son these vitamins since he was 2 (gave him 1 daily cut into 2 pieces). He is built bigger and is in the 96 percentile for height and weight. My son is now 3yo and eats two. His pediatrician said that the main concern is that these may be a choking hazard for smaller children but he approved as long as the child is good at chewing.
