Answer:	I'm not really sure without doing a side by side comparison. I just glanced at it and noticed that the biggest difference is the joint cushioning compound that is not present in the multi. The vitamen part is almost the same if not identical. If you are going to do a side by side comparison, you should use the "new smaller pill" for the mega men sports version as they don't carry the old one anymore. I also saw that the multi one has a bunch of fruit blends that is not in the sports one. Hope I answered your question. It all comes down to what you want beyond the regular vitamen part.

That's really nice question, so in other words I Don't Know!But if I'm not wrong, FDA and NIH policies are pretty strict, in order manufacture Drug in China or Maxico or any other European Country, They will need to scratch Rule 8 Section 3 Which they can't do that.
