Answer:	Although I have read some info discouraging refrigeration when it comes to multi vitamins, I feel, in my opinion, that I would prefer these to be refrigerated. However, in the vegetable blend there are some veggies listed there like beets etc...that contain some, but it's likely not enough to even register as being anywhere near sufficient. The general rule is true that Women need iron more so then Men, however, that does not mean that Men should not take iron. Even if you eat a lot of Red meat and other foods containing iron, it may not be enough to supply the amount that we all need. For the majority of us, we are all iron deficient. This brings me to a question of, how much iron should Men take? (I have found these: MegaFood - Blood Builder ... to be the best natural / bioavailable source of iron so far....)If anyone has any other suggestions, please share.

The vitamins and minerals are produced through a fermentation process prior to going through Grows process as described below. We "grow" the vitamins via our proprietary dual cultivation process using yeast and probiotics. This process utilizes a single isolated vitamin or mineral that is fed to the yeast or probiotic. A specific peptide designed for that particular nutrient is then introduced in order to allow the nutrient to be metabolized (or absorbed) through the yeast's cell wall. This process mimics nature, just like when a plant takes an inorganic mineral salt that is naturally occurring in the soil (selenium for example), and absorbs it into its roots, the plant becomes rich in selenium. Answer:	No, the cap does not fit back on once removed. I have trouble with this product as it seems to be designed to aggravate me when trying to get drops out. I will not buy again.

Answer:	I don't know the exact shelf life of the eye drops. But its fairly long, at least 1.75 years. I bought mine at least 3 months ago and its doesn't expire until Oct 2017. The shelf life will be the same on all drops, but the expiration date varies based on its manufactured date.
