Answer:	Yes you can. The formula is ready-to-drink right from the package and tastes like an orange Creamsicle but for picky eaters or just to change things up you can mix it with food. Some parents use yogurt or milk. If you add some bananas or strawberries and blend it all together you have a brain-healthy smoothie. The formula pairs well with most food and we suggest NOT taking it on an empty stomach because it is concentrated.
