Answer:	I'm glad you love the Stress Relief oil so much that you would like to diffuse its aroma. This particular formula is intended for use as a roll on. Along with the essential oils, it contains fractionated coconut oil that is there to protect your skin from the harshness of contact with straight essential oils. Many people, new to essential oils, don't realize that, for the most part, you should not use essential oils directly on the skin without the protective carrier oils being there to avoid possible skin damage, burning sensations or irritation. As a matter of fact, due to customer demand for diffusing our formulas, as expressed by your question, we are currently in the beta-test phase of developing a Stress Relief formula (and other formulas) specifically made for diffusing. So back to your original question, can you use Stress Relief in a diffuser? Well, it depends. The answer is yes if your diffuser atomizes essential oils using an ultrasonic vibration action rather than heat. With ultrasonic vibration, the lighter, more volitile essential oils diffuse into the air while the heavier less volatile fractionated oils remain in the water of the diffuser. You would have to clean the water and diffuser more often. It's not ideal, but it will work. Diffusers that heat the whole mixture in order to atomize the particles into the air would not work well with the roll-on formula.

Answer:	The bottles says “Made in the USA with select ingredients from around the world.” It is distributed in Bohemia, NY.
Question:	does this cause acne? because i'm very acne prone and want to use this for hair because my hair is thinning and falling
Answer:	I had a breakout initially when I started taking this. I used Dr. Lin acne spot remover to take care of that. That dried out my skin, and got flaky, so I stared using Cardon Men's 2-in-1 face moisturizer (I've never used face moisturizer in my life), and that got better. I haven't had a breakout since then. I keep taking this every day and I think my skin and hair looks better now. I also still use the moisturizer, so maybe that contributes. I also can't get a haircut because of COVID-19, so maybe that all plays into it. Either way, I used to take another brand, and I feel better with this one. The initial breakout could have been ridding my body of some contaminants, so with zero medical knowledge, I recommend this product.

Answer:	I found this online from the family that heals together blog. Fact checked with magnesium society's description of the beneficial magnesiums and it seems very accurate. Long story short, I will no longer be getting this brand, citrate is not the way to go, it may contain arsenic (as one person mentions in the reviews and questions that third party testers found it). Mag citrate actually pulls water into your intestines, which can lead to dehydration. What’s worse, this type of magnesium can reduce ceroplasmin levels, leading to mineral imbalances and deficiencies. Finally, there is evidence that the most popular magnesium citrate on the market may contain high levels of arsenic (the original reason our family ditched it several years ago). Magnesium hydroxide- like magnesium citrate, magnesium hydroxide moves the bowels by drawing water into the colon. In addition, side effects include nausea, fatigue, and loss of appetite. Magnesium aspartate and glutamate- because the amino acids aspartate and glutamate are excitotoxins, it’s important they do not become imbalanced. While consuming them as part of a complete protein with numerous other amino acids in foods like collagen is ok, it is not wise to supplement them independent of other amino acids. Answer:	2nd part, for my fellow anxious people: (And btw, I have ended up buying this for others as well, on auto-ship, too. It’s an absolute must for myself and others, including the girl at the grocery who also swore by it for her anxiety.) Sleep deprivation also increases anxiety. These are simple, but huge factors in anxiety attacks. It’s why I take the allergy med, to go to sleep and stay asleep, so I have less anxiety. Walking it off helps some, too, unless your heart is racing and you’re already sleep deprived, dehydrated, and exhausted. Then it just makes it worse for me. I have to be calm already, or not past that point of no return. Then walking or exercise in general helps the long term effects. But making your heart race when you’re already extremely anxious doesn’t help, not for me, anyway. *Sometimes sufficient water and electrolytes, a decongestant if your lungs or sinuses are congested, and some rest is all you need to get things working right again*, so don’t freak that it’s something serious. It usually isn’t. And read the decongestant labels. Some have ingredients that make anxiety worse. I had to use the 4 hr, and not the 12 hr of the type I got. The 12 hour had something that increases heart rate/blood pressure. Just some things that affected mine and have been mentioned on medical pages, not professional medical advice from me. I hate to see anyone have anxiety and nowhere to turn. It often hits people late at night, when others are asleep and there’s no help. There’s always a 24/7 prayer line out there, for those who are in an extreme situation. None of the 24/7 anxiety and panic attack phone lines listed were EVER open when I called them. NONE. But, some very kind Christians, volunteering their time to talk to a stranger in the wee hours of the night were there. They did answer, and they did help.
