Answer:	Hi...I called Life Extension and spoke with one of their product specialists...there are 5 milligrams included in the 210 mg soft gel, so the answer is 2.3% palmitic acid. Good question. I bough the product. Always ask what % is palmitic acid when buying Palmitoleic acid ( omega 7).

Answer:	It's in capsules. It didn't lower my cholesterol or triglycerides, and I tried it for three months. All levels shot way up and I am taking something else to get it to go back down again.
