Answer:	I couldn't find any warning to refrigerate on the label. But the label has so much small print, it could be there and I can't see it. And I wear glasses and have perfect vision.

Answer:	Since I have not traveled abroad in a while, I cannot truely answer your question. I will assume that if you buy a converter as my daughters have, it might work. I will tell you that mine is still working and working well and I have no problem with the item, but I am using it in the US. I hope this helps.

Answer:	I think it would be tough to reach crevices like your upper lip. This gets maybe 75% of the hair after going over it several times. Getting your face waxed biweekly is less painful, quicker and will get at least 95% of your hair on 1 try. My daughter no longer uses this.

Answer:	You know, I had troubles with it too! My husband ended up changing the battery for me, still does. When I watched him change the battery; he gripped the bottom half (tightly) with one hand, and with the other hand, held the top half and pulled. The bottom portion holding the batteries separated. Once you’ve replaced the batteries; line up the top half of the on/off switch to the nitch on the bottom half. You’ll see the on/off switch fits nicely into the opening on the bottom half. And Away You Go- I think the first time you change the batteries the pieces fit really snug.... I couldn’t do it! LoL! It does get a little easier once you’ve opened it a few times.
