Question:	Is this flash pasteurized and if so how do i know the nutrition has not been damaged by the heating
Answer:	I do not know about any benefits to absorbing it sublingually versus intestinally, but I have taken it direct from the spoon. I can tell you that it tastes great and the initial texture is nice but a little saliva later it quickly becomes a very gummy paste that really sticks to the teeth. And there it remained for quite some time. I did not care for long duration of the gummed up teeth. I suppose you can try spooning it right under the tongue and let it sit there.
