Answer:	Yes, both zippers work. I used them last winter and we just got snow here in Alaska and I put them on for the first time Sunday/ They are vvery comfortable.
Question:	How do I order a wide width
Answer:	I just went by my normal sizing. I don't have a wide with, but these are very COMFORTABLE, and I didn't even need to break them in. If I did have a width, I'd go up a size. I also read ALL THE REVIEWS before I buy any type of shoes.
Question:	what is the weight of these boots
Answer:	Very light. I can't even get them to register on my scale except for a flash of 1.8 and then it goes back to zero. I'm 87 years old and they are no problem to put on or to remove and very comfortable.

Answer:	Yes they are, they sound just like tire studs on a car when on dry pavement. I have worn them in a store and didn't leave stud holes....But I tell you they are worth every penny, they work awesome in snow and ice.

Answer:	They state they are M width. But, these boots are sized big in both length and width. If you wear a EE I think you'll find there is plenty of room.

Answer:	Yes. I have received a replacement pair very easily after 1 pair began to get a hole. Then the second time I had to send a pair back because of a large rip occurring when pulling the pair of socks on. DT Vermont discovered that the pair was actually a counterfeit (would you believe it?!), and sent me a list of authorized Amazon sellers. They are actively working to get the counterfeit stores shutdown.
Question:	Are the upper part of these boots waterproof
Answer:	I wear them with steel-toed boots and they work well. You just have to remember that they are thicker than most work socks and your current boots may feel a little light with these thick socks.

Answer:	They are quite warm but run pretty small. I wear an 8, usually like a 9 in a boot for warm sock room. I had to return my 9 and get a 10 just to wear a normal thick sock, not even a heavy wool one. They are very comfortable and I love the fur.
