Answer:	Yes, it is gluten-free. Sorry for the horrible answers above. They obviously don't "even understand what gluten is." It's not just bread - it is used as a filler in many products including lipstick, chicken broth, toothpaste, etc. Also, just because there are no ingredients listed that contain gluten the product itself could gluten in it due to cross-contamination at the manufacturer. I have Celiac Disease and am very familiar with what gluten is and the effects it can have (including cancer in people with Celiac Disease - it's not just a recent diet fad). I don't believe it is certified as gluten-free, however I have used two of the flavors (not the Acei) and have had no effects from it. As of now you should feel safe using it. But, if you're asking about gluten I am sure you're aware that the ingredients, source of ingredients, or manufacturing process can always change without warning and introduce gluten into the product. You can use this to substantially raise the % of your calories you're getting from protein so that you eat enough protein while eating fewer total calories. One scoop of this stuff is 120 calories and 24 grams of protein. That's 96 calories from protein our of 120 total, a massive 80%.

Answer:	I'm currently sitting here with a second surgery on my shoulder. First time was labrum tear and second was latarjet. I can say with 100% confidence drinking this will not help heal your rotator cuff. Answer:	I like extreme chocolate milk and French vanilla. I tend to blend the vanilla with spinach and fruit. Chocolate can be plain but I tend to add a banana and peanut butter for fat

Answer:	The product is not certified as Halal. All but four flavors use alcohol in the flavoring system. The ones that do not are: Coffee, Double Rich Chocolate and Cake Batter, but they are processed on the same equipment as alcohol-containing flavors.
Question:	what is the flavor difference between extreme milk chocolate and double rich chocolate
Answer:	In short, Extreme Chocolate tastes and mixes better if you don't mind the extra 0.5g of fat and extra ingredients. I bought both flavors and tried exactly 1 scoop in 7 ounce of water each. I mixed both with a cup and spoon and mixing the Extreme Chocolate took only a few seconds with very little effort. The other took about 3 minutes to desolve as much as the other. I tried book side by side and the double chocolate tasted so watered down and a bit bitter that I need to force myself to drink it. Then, I drank the Extreme chocolate and the drink was smooth and sweet. FINALLY, a protien shake I could drink with pleasure. Hoped that helps you and others reading this!
