Answer:	I did not like a drink. I prefer taking a pill. I take this pill 3 times a day but I also take a chloral (green super food) pill with them. I feel I do not eat enough greens. Also, water is important, many do not drink enough water. Doing the fiber drink provides you take in more water, but the pill il easier to take when you travel. It is a personal choice only you can make.

Answer:	First, I show only other ingredients: Gelatin, Rice Flour (which is Psyllium Husk-chaffing of rice plant) Second, I have been using this product for some time now to keep my system working efficiently. I am highly susceptible to foods due to celiac disease. I purchased first because it was non-gmo and gluten free (two very important factors for me). I trust this product and if you do decide to purchase that it will be the right product for you too.

Answer:	A good question, because the label lists the ingredients in the' prebiotic fiber blend' (the five clean, organic ingredients mentioned in the answer from Kelly J Evans below), BUT the package does not give a definitive list of ALL ingredients. I'd like to see a list of ALL ingredients, especially because these types of products often have some sort of rice bran or dextrin from wheat or corn, all of which is important for us to know is in there.

Answer:	Yes, I have used it in place of psyllium in recipes and it works well, however, the final product will have more of a soft texture and be less gummy compared to psyllium. If you just mean using it in regular recipes, I think you could safely use a small amount (a couple of Tbsp) in your recipe without detecting it and without having a change in flavor or texture.

Answer:	I don't go by the recommendation on the bottle. My doctor suggested 3 grams of fiber 3 times per day, so if the capsules are 500 mg, I take 6 of them 3 times per day. For the 625 mg capsules, I take 5 twice a day and 4 once a day -- a little short of 3 grams, but close enough. Either way works fine for me.

1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt.

1 cup frozen pineapple.

½ avocado, pitted.

1 cup almond milk.

1 tbsp honey.

5 ripe medium Haas avocados.

1 medium tomato, seeded and diced.

1 medium yellow onion, diced.

1 clove of garlic, minced.

2 sprigs of cilantro, finely chopped.

1 Serrano chile, seeded and finely chopped.

1 lime, juiced.

Salt and pepper to taste.

Halve and pit the avocados. Scoop out the avocado flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados using either a fork or potato masher, leaving them still a bit chunky. Add the remaining ingredients, and fold everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Stir it into pasta sauces like pesto

2/3 cup olive oil.

1/4 cup toasted pine nuts.

1/2 cup grated Parmesan.

2 tbsp lemon juice.

Combine the moringa, basil, garlic, pine nuts, Parmesan, and lemon juice in the food processor and pulse until coarsely chopped. Slowly add the oil and process until fully incorporated and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
