Answer:	Hi there, any existing Office files will be compatible with Office 2019.
Question:	What form does the download take? i need to copy the download onto a usb stick, and install ms office onto an air gapped computer
Answer:	I don’t have the software program information but the software should download first, and the install in the operating system (Windows 10). During this process entries are made to the Windows 10 Registry including embedding the key code and activating the programs ( Excel, Word, Power Point). There may be bilateral communications between the Microsoft server and your computer. I would think that an intermediate download to a USB stick could cause operating issues.
Question:	I bought ms office 2019. when i try to install it through office.com i tells me "this product key has already been used." now what do i do
Answer:	I would not order and pay for a second copy. 1. There are historical reviews for this product that had the same problem. Their posts may include a possible solution. 2. Did you install this product using/through the operating system, as described in my post? (January 29, 2020 3. I would call Amazon Customer Service and determine if they have a solution. This is not the first post for this Microsoft product with this problem. 4. Microsoft Technical Support telephone numbers that I used successfully for other questions regarding this product - (800) 642-7676, and (866) 425-4826

Answer:	You have to fight to get a software refund for bad or missing keys. Good luck!
