Answer:	To create orthosilicic acid you need to add water, and an acid to it. apple cider vinegar, lemon or lime juice and you can also add a vitamin c product. The best most stable vitamin C source is Alma Berry. Add 3/8 to 1/2 tsp of bamboo powder to 2 ounces of clean water, add 2 to 3 tsp of lemon or lime juice or apple cider vinegar, then add 1/2 tsp alma berry powder to create orthosilicic acid. This is what the body now can use to remineralize itself over time. It will be tart! I hope this helps answer the question posed.
