Loosen fasteners on calf and foot straps. Slide foot through calf strap so support rests on top of foot.

Answer:	I an a 10 1/2 wide in mens and had a very difficult time fastening it around my foot. It barely fit & the metal, even when adjusted correctly, started to put too much pressure on the top of my foot below my ankle.

Answer:	I don’t know what toe walking is. It does keep your foot straight so the foot doesn’t fall forward.

Answer:	Technically it was easy to put on but after adjusting it multiple times to (a) try and make it sit in a position that was comfortable (I was unsuccessful) and (b) not having it actually hold my foot in a position that brings the toes up and stretches the tension. I gave up
