Answer: The maca that I have is not gelatinized. It is in a capsule. If I were to open the capsule, powder would fall out. I'm still on my first bottle.
Question: Is this the 'cooked' version of Maca? I noticed that Now Foods does have a 'Raw Maca' so I presume this is cooked but
Answer: Since no one really answered your question, it appears that this is RAW maca and not the cooked (gelatinized) version. Since gelatinized maca requires more processing than raw maca, there's always a cost difference as well with the gelatinized version costing more due to the extra work involved. Therefore, any time maca is the gelatinzed version you will see that mentioned usually on the front of the container since that's an actual selling point. Personally, I've not had a problem digesting this raw form of maca. I guess my body produces enough natural enzymes to handle the extra starch in this raw version. I take a minimum of 2 capsules 3 times daily, some times with food, some times alone with water. For people that have problems digestions starches the gelatinzed version might prove to be better since the gelatinization process removes most of the starch, allowing for easier digestion for those sensitive individuals. For me, this now brand raw maca has proven very effective and fantastic bang for the buck.

Question: what is the amount of mg. in each pill
Answer: Creatine is no longer manufactured anywhere in the USA. The China product should be OK, providing the US packager tests it periodically. The tests are cheap and easy, so no excuse for not doing them.
Question: is this product standardized or USP verified
Answer: No, there was no scoop inside my container , i search with a knife deep inside but nothing found. I think creatine can take with an normal spoon. Cause you have don't worry about you take a little more or less.
Question: Are any ingredients sourced from China
Answer: That's a hard question to give an exact number to. I've upped my intake a little. I would guess between a liter and 2 liters a day, so that's around a quart to half a gallon. I also take my doses with loads of water. That said how much water you really need depends on your activity level, metabolism, climate, etc. If you're already getting enough water to feel hydrated and you take the creatine you might notice a little dryness in your mouth or throat, if so just try drinking an extra glass. If it persists drink a second extra glass. If you're drinking plenty already you'll probably never notice the difference. Also once you reach "saturation" (after about 4 weeks of regular dosing) then you'll have as much water in the muscles as they'll hold (until you grow them--and that's slow) and the only reason you might need more water in a day is because you're no working harder at the gym with all that new-found strength. So, long story short, start taking it, if you feel like hydrating a little more then do so, if you still feel like you're well hydrated then chances are you are getting enough fluid in and don't need to worry about adding much more.
Question: Is it gluten-free
Answer: The creatine itself is from China. Bulk Supplements, a competitor, says there is no US source for it. The "Made in USA" labels basically mean "packaged in USA".
