Also make sure mechanics are not clogged with fibers preventing proper function and creating odor and unclean laundry situation. I now use 1/2 to 1 cup ammonia in each load to boost my detergent (Ecos). It remains odor free as long as the mechanics are not clogged. The washed laundry now smells fresh and clean. I also use hot water for my towels as the hot cycle seems to keep the washer clean. Soda and or vinegar did not resolve the situation I was having. |

However, I have been taking this for a couple years now to reduce inflammation in my shoulders. Had had cortisone shots that helped for just a few weeks. After taking 2 tablets a day along with some glucosomine (without chondroiton) after a month, my pain was cut in half. After 3 months it was completely gone and I have full range of motion in both shoulders. This is so much better than being on ibuprofen to try to relieve the pain which hardly worked. My suggestion, quickly swallow the capsule and get rid of the pain. It is worth it. It worked so well, I have recommended it to some of my friends as well as my doctor. |
