Question:	Do the capsules have a strong taste or smell to them
Answer:	The bag says Passion Flower 4:1 Extract. I'm not sure exactly what this means but maybe it answers your question. This is the best Passion flower I have tried personally. I cap it with an inexpensive 00 capsule machine and take a couple before bed and one during the day if needed to help with nervousness. I have tried a few other brands (both capsules and tinctures) with very little results but this one works well for me. Hope this helps.

I was born in Amsterdam during the beginning of WWII in 1941. At 2 the Nazis took my family, and I ended up in a state-run orphanage. Answer:	You're thinking 11 grams of sugar in oneittle stick. Don't. That's only 11 grams for a 16 oz. serving. That's extremely low.
