The formula for FaBB is 2.2 mg of Folic Acid, 25 mg of B-6 and 1 mg of B-12. My doctor said that the Mason product was not what I needed, so I bought from Amazon bottles of 1000 tablets with 1000 mcg of Folic Acid by Nature's Blend, bottles of 250 tablets of 400 mcg of Folic Acid, bottles of 100 tablets of 25 mg of Vitamin B-6 by Solgar and bottles of 375 tablets of 1000 mcg Vitamin B-12 by Nature Made. I split the 400 mcg of Folic Acid to come out with 200 mcg for the 2.2 mg Folic Acid. I obtained the FaBB formula from the Midlothian Laboratories web site. I hope this helps.

Take the pill and coat it with a small bit of olive oil, butter, margarine between your fingers. It will slide down so fast and easy, you won't taste it.
