Answer:	I'm not sure about the color difference i was actually wondering the same thing. This was my 1st trying the 20% version. Other products i tried was a hit or miss I can honestly say this did work and helped with my leg cramps and stablized my blood pressure and helped with my brain fog. So now that i know that this is definitely my go to olive leaf.

This product is an extract of the leaf which may be like a concentrated form - a very good thing. The oleuropein is like the active ingredient that causes most of the benefit - another good thing. A medical doctor on tv who promotes natural cures when appropriate and has his own line says that over 20% is good - if that is true and the 50% on the label is true then that’s a very good thing. So the label reads 750mg of the leaf so 50% of that is 375 mg of oleuropein. Hope this is near accurate because that is why I buy this brand.

The other ingredients inside the Vegan capsule apart from the Olive Leaf extract,are magnesium stearate and silica.Vegetable capsules consist of only two ingredients: HPMC and purified water.HPMC -- Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose -- is derived from vegetable cellulose. 100% natural, these capsules contain no preservatives, gelatin, wheat, animal by-products or starch, and they are made from pure cellulose of either pine or poplar.
