If it's putting the product in a cardboard box and then wrapping it in two or more sheets of brown mid weight shipping paper along with 2 strips of shipping tape to close the box. Then they hit the old proverbial nail on the head. If they're trying to keep wast to a minimum then they missed the target by a country mile and have waisted several trees in the meantime! It would be easier to just rap the bottle in a small quantity if Bubble Wap or a Bubble Bag Tape it shut all the product label to it and you're ready to ship it out. Just my 2 cents on what appears to be such a complex problem.

Answer:	Do you have trouble getting a capsule down?As far as opening it and adding to smoothie, there should be no issue. The total extract weight does not tell you the concentration- only the standardized biomarker or the dry herb equivalent will tell you this. The suggested dosage range of dried ashwagandha root in the literature is typically 2-6g (2,000-6,000mg) daily.
Question:	Where is your milk thistle sourced from
Answer:	If you are mood is low and you need energy and motivation I would take Rhodiola... if your mood is low and you are anxious and have nervous energy than I would take Ashwangandha. Ashwangandha calms the nerves. Rhodiola gets you going. I read about both in Dr. Andrew Weils book Spontaneous Healing and take both depending on my needs at the time. I think both work!

Answer:	Typically, the thyroid becomes sluggish due to a lack of minerals nutrients etc. Then doctors prescribe T3 and T4 medication that make up for the lack of hormones. That also regulates the remaining hormones that are produced. This products does not include hormones, it helps the thyroid produce the levels of hormones you need. Then lots of people don't need extra T3 and T4.

Piperine inhibits the glucuronosyltransferase, the enzyme responsible for rapidly metabolizing curcumin. Research reveals that the combination has the potential to enhance the bioavailability of curcumin. Pure Encapsulations Curcumin contains 250 mg of turmeric root extract (standardized to contain 95% curcuminoids) per capsule. The price difference is based on the ingredients and the amount per capsule.
Question:	If anyone has used both this and the Jarrow brand, does it work any better
Answer:	I don’t know - but I use an ASEA product “RENU 28” Revitalizing Redox Gel which relieves the pain and shrinks my 8-10 plantar warts on the bottom of EACH foot 😊. It is expensive and only available thru membership or direct sellers.
