Answer:	I started taking this for hormonal acne, obsessed with finding a way to manage it after I got off birth control pills and my face $#%@% exploded. I began to cut out dairy products and limit animal products. It seemed to help a little...I wanted more so I started on primrose oil. Within a few weeks, I definitely saw a difference in my skin. I'm so happy. My face isn't 100% clear but this is the first thing I've tried that seems to be really working! The small amount of pimples I get seem to heal much quicker. Tips: Taking this product with zinc or vitamin c will aid in its efficacy. The power product in this is GLA which in primrose oil is mostly converted to DGLA (aids in reduction of inflammation). Answer:	It's a misconception that oil causes breakouts. Pure oils like grapeseed oil are actually great as facial moisturizers. It is actually the chemicals in a lot of facial moisturizers that contribute more to breakouts. I have oily acne prone skin and have used grapeseed oil as a facial moisturizer for years. It is a very light oil that absorbs very well and doesn't leave a greasy film unless you use too much. You only need a few drops on clean damp facial skin.

Answer:	Is it a dark green? I had two bottles and they both had a strong, bad scent. The darker green more so than the lighter green. Smelled rancid to me! Wasn't good.

Answer:	I use this in soap which is usually 135 degrees just before I cool it and add lye. I don't know if you should heat it much more than that.

Answer:	Yes, it's actually cleaner with the gelcap. I keep mine in an upturned cap from a bottle and I put another cap on top to keep dust away. However, I much prefer the BORAGE OIL for gelcaps: they're much larger. They do not sell borage liquid by the oz. Also, keep in mind that neither borage oil nor this EPO are organic! I wonder what's the pesticides load (I get belly cramps when I ingest the capsules).
