Answer:	The simple truth is that Natural Calm both meets its potency label claim and is well within the No Significant Risk Levels for arsenic and in fact is less than 10 percent of California's Prop 65 stringent safe threshold levels. This has been consistently scientifically validated by third party test results from top American testing labs as part of standard Good Manufacturing Practices. Virtually everything that you eat and drink, is going to contain trace amounts of the "heavier" metals such as Arsenic, Lead, Cadmium and Mercury. The reason for this is that each of those minerals are founds naturally within the earth's soil and ocean waters. Plants absorb them through their roots and pass them along to whatever fruits or vegetables they grow. Animals get them from eating the grass, leaves or fruits of those plants. Fish and other food sourced from the ocean get it absorbed through their skin just from being in the water. It is virtually impossible to have a diet absolutely free of those heavier metals.The current established No Significant Risk Level for Arsenic has already been set at 10mcg/day. That being said, in Labdoor's report, they used an upper limit of 0.1mcg/day for Arsenic as their "threshold", based off of a 2003 proposal that was never accepted or approved. They state that they used the 0.1mcg for supplements as the 10mcg NSRL is only established for drinking water. Answer:	I have used coQ 10 for years. Sometimes the pills are stuck together. I tap the bottle on the counter and they separate from one another. Most of the time there is a little envelope of stuff that keeps the pills dry. If no envelope, they will stick together. If the pills are stored in hot warehouse, or kept in a truck on hot days, this could change the color and maybe the chemical composition. If they are discolored or deteriorated, I would not take them and return them. Be sure to check expiration date.

Answer:	Kind of late on this answer, but thought I would chime in...hope it helps someone else with the question. I have had very low ferritin levels even with taking prescription iron supplements.
