Answer:	This Berberine is the best combination you can buy as it has three appetite control ingredients, the Berberine, cinnamon and Chromium. Paired with Inositol you have a combination that can make you indifferent to food instead of craving it. Take 500mg each of the two (Berberine and Inositol) before you eat- about 5-10 minutes - so it can begin to absorb. Then eat a low carb, protein and vegetable rich meal ( No potatoes). Add some good fats like peanut oil or oil olive oil on your salads and the weight will drop off. Be careful with fruit consumption- as the carbs add up fast. Answer:	I think they kinda smell like vinegar. You need to drink a lot of water when you take them or you will burp them up and I can get heart burn. All that aside they work great for my diabetes.
