Answer:	These aren't hard to install. No need to shut off power. There are two small screws that hold your existing light cover in place. Remove those and the pull the cover off. If you've painted over time there may be a bit of a seal around the outside, you may need to slide your screw driver under the existing cover to sort of pry it loose. Then just place the new one over the light and screw in the two small screws (they provide you new small screws that match the art plate). Super easy and safe! Should take less than 5 minutes per light switch. Hope this helps! They are stunning in person and I get compliments all the time!

One capsule a day as directed along with moderate exercise, one to two days of cardio 30 minutes, also sqauts, bridges, and upper body exercises a few days a week. I have gained about a cup size since starting. Now i havent noticed a bigger butt, but have noticed a change in the way it is shaped. Its tighter and rounder, but not bigger. As far as my waistline goes, i havent really gained or lost anything that i can tell. Most reviews state they see most results after3 months of use, since it is a natural remedy and not a quick fix.
