You basically will eat fruit veggies, and smoothies for the first 10 days. The last 11 days you can incorporate 1/4 C. whole grain per day & organic fish or chicken about the size of your palm 1/X per day. You will eat tons of beans, avacados, and hommus to help fill you up. You also get to eat healthy fats like organic butter, EVOL, & coconut oil, so food can taste good. Home made veggi soups of all types are a must, you can make a pot & freeze the left overs for lunch. Coconut Curry is another staple with or without meat. Stuff Green peppers w/ curried tomatoes, onions & zucchini. My Husband & I do this cleanse once a year, and we love it. Since you're eating small amounts of healthy food every 3-4 hours, you really aren't hungry, and you don't have many cravings. If you're a coffee drinker, taper off b/4 the 1st day, to avoid headaches.
