Answer:	500mg refers to a specific extract and you must know the context and the extract it is referring to. The total extract weight does not tell you the concentration- only the standardized biomarker or the dry herb equivalent will tell you this. The suggested dosage range of dried ashwagandha root in the literature is typically 2-6g (2,000-6,000mg) daily.
Question:	The gelatin in it is animal or plant based
Answer:	If you are mood is low and you need energy and motivation I would take Rhodiola... if your mood is low and you are anxious and have nervous energy than I would take Ashwangandha. Ashwangandha calms the nerves. Rhodiola gets you going. I read about both in Dr. Andrew Weils book Spontaneous Healing and take both depending on my needs at the time. I think both work!

Answer:	It is normal for Gaia Herbs Kava capsules to be a very thick jelly-like consistency, and it is also normal and expected for the contents to be two different shades of brown, one dark chocolate and another more creamy brown. Each capsule is filled with a nitrogen bubble to displace the oxygen, so the contents do not move very readily, but if you open the capsule there will be a very thick jelly-like liquid that you can smear thickly onto a piece of paper.

Answer:	It should be on the actual bottle when you buy it. But as a reference, I ordered mine August 2016 and the expiration date is 11/2018. So I'm guessing maybe you should have a two year shelf life. Hope this helps :)

Answer:	You can go to http://www.devanutrition.com/ and do a supplemental facts comparison. Basically, the older one provides a higher level of almost everything but especially of those vitamins and minerals that tend to run low in a Vegan diet such as: the whole B complex specially B12, Vitamin D, Iron, etc. The new one seems to be more of a prenatal formula, hence it has a much lighter dosage. The tablet size of the new one is also significantly smaller than the old one. I tend to run low in B12, D, and Iron and so I find the old formula more suited for my needs. I have been taking it for a couple of months now and so far so good.

Answer:	No, this is the only formula offered for O.N.E. Multivitamin.
Question:	Two reviews mention the smell--how bad do the capsules smell
Answer:	This is my only vitamin that smells really bad. I agree with the other reviews on this page. The smell is not like the vitamin B smell. It is potent and made me nauseous the first few times I took it. I've learned to hold my breath before I take them now. I'm not overly sensitive to smell nor am I picky (I take roughly 20 vitamins and herbs a day) but the bad smell review you are hearing from everyone on this thread is accurate.
Question:	Will this potentially lead to hair growth due to the DV
Answer:	I don't really know if it will help with hair growth. I don't have that problem but my daughter has hair issues and was in need of some good vitamins. After I started on them and had success I started my husband who was struggling with some issues and I could tell a difference in him in a week or two. I started her on them and she never misses a day without them. They have helped her hair but it wasn't all the answer. We are still searching for that but I think it will continue to improve as she has only been on them for a couple of months. I have tried a lot of vitamins in my lifetime and never found one as good as this one. For my family anyway.
Question:	Why so much B12? Isn't the recommended dosage per day 2.4mcg, this is 500mcg
Answer:	B12 is poorly absorbed. If you take about 500mcg / day, you might absorb only 10mcg of that depending on your levels of Intrinsic Factor. You should read the National Institute of Health guidelines on b12 intake. There's also a belief by many health professionals that the 2.4mcg/day limit is too low. The FDA guidelines are 6mcg/day.

Question:	Why is there such a price increase??? I just bought these in October and they were $33.39! This is no longer affordable as a monthly supplement
Answer:	I was told by a Naturopathic Doctor to take it this way --> 1 every day for the first 7 days 1 every other day for the next 7 days 1 per week for your lifetime. If you get sick go back to '1 a day' for 7 to 10 days. This way the bottle of 180 is actually extremely affordable and it still helps you stay healthy and it still gives you a little bit of an energy boost. -- Hope this helps you. ;)
Question:	Does this vitamin contain iron
Answer:	Oddly enough I do NOT see Iron listed in this tablet. Who know?! I've been taking it for a year and it does work.

Answer:	Don’t buy it. Mine never shows correct weight .

Answer:	don't buy it. Mine never worked, assumed it was the batteries, replaced them. Still didn't work. Tried to contact seller, there was no answer, and voice mail was full.
Question:	What is the Shelf Life of this product
Answer:	It contains stevia for the sweetener. I do not see anything posted about sugars.
