Now that being said I would not advise using alcohol in the device due to the fact of possible explosion. 99% alcohol will emanate fumes and this device is not a sealed machine (it even states not to put under running water) so with a potential spark and the alcohol.....well you get the picture and besides who needs a $36.00 eyelash machine?

Answer:	I use a drop of dish soap put it on the 480 minute cycle. I usually do this about three times for maximum cleaning.

Question:	Do you need to add a specific cleaning solution to the machine or just plain water
Answer:	Depends on what and how dirty the object you are cleaning is. I use CLR and water for most cleaning. On silver items where patina is desired I use a little Dove. Just water will work on dusty or sticky problems but I would use detergent. Commercial jewelry cleaner I find too harsh for most uses, it strips all patina off of silver and most gold objects.
Question:	My eyeglass' lenses are high degree and coated. Does it going to damage the lenses and its coating
Answer:	Works great on any and all glasses. Just use mild dish soap.

Operating Steps:

1.Unscrew the cover of the cleaning chamber counterclockwise, and rinse the cleaning tank with warm water.

2.Pour fresh care solution into the cleaning tank to the scale line and immerse the black probe.

3.Use tweezers to gently put the contact lens into the cleaning tank (please place it in the center when placing the lens); turn on the screw cap and the cleaning compartment cover clockwise.

4.Tap and hold the switch key to turn on the instrument, the working indicator will turn on white, and the white light will automatically go out after 3 minutes, and the cleaning is complete.

5.Remove the screw cap, take out the lens, rinse it with care solution and then wear it; or soak it in the cleaning tank with fresh care solution, tighten the screw cap for storage.

Note:Please not contact lenses directly after being cleaned with this product, rinse the lenses with fresh solution before wearing.
