Answer:	Any cardio is going to impact the way you gain weight. I was using this product and eating clean whole foods while going for a run on off days in between lift days. Within 3 -4 weeks I had went from 176lbs to 185lbs. The key is to lift heavy. Do big sets of small reps. You may also want to try and squeeze two full servings in one day of Serious Mass. At first I could only hold down one but by the end of the cycle I could easily put down two a day. Answer:	I have this for breakfast every single morning. Some days I’ll replace a dinner or lunch but that’s not common. I have both the chocolate and the vanilla. Every morning I do 8oz of almond milk, two scoops of this, a teaspoon or two of chia seeds, teaspoon of matcha green tea powder, and I also add a vegetable supplement powder (1/2-1 teaspoon) and ice. In about 6 weeks I’ve lost 13 pounds. I do genuinely feel this keeps me fuller longer, make me have less of an appetite when it comes to later meals and curbs my snack cravings. It’s only in the past two weeks I’ve paired this with working out. I really enjoy this and do recommend it!

Answer:	Shakeology doesn't have soy protein and only certain flavors have fructose. So, you're getting what you pay for, unfortunately. Quality doesn't compare from what I can see.

Answer:	As a former shakeology user, I compare them pretty much the same! (Even better because this doesn't cost an arm and a leg!) I've only bought the chocolate, and I actually liked this one just as much right off the bat. I prepared both shakes the same. 5 ice cubes, 1 cup almond milk and 3/4 a banana in my bullet blender. A months supply will cost you waaaay less than shakeology. 1 tub of this for about $15 lasts approximately 2 weeks, $30ish a month.

Question:	Which flavor is the most delicious? I am very picky with protein shakes. Which taste best between chocolate and stawberry
Answer:	My personal favorites are caramel, vanilla cafe latte and banana in that order. Pumpkin spice was also tasty in small quantities (I've piecemealed my order since October). Peaches and cream and strawberries and cream were just okay but based on smell and their sacrine sweet taste i felt like i was drinking something akin to a scented candle. As for the choco varieties, i have yet to find a chocolate protein shake i like, this was no different. Yuck! Im not a fan of cinnamon so i skipped cinnamon roll all together.

Answer:	Milk protein and lactose are two different things. A person with lactose intolerance can still have milk protein. Milk protein is a protein and lactose is a sugar. The ingredients indicate only 1g of sugar, but list sucralose. Sucralose is a sugar, so this is where the 1g of sugar is coming from. Ensure Max Protein drinks also list 1g of sugar with sucralose listed as a sugar and it is suitable for lactose intolerance individuals. I have not had the Premier Protein shakes, but I've had the Ensure Max with no problems and I am lactose intolerant.

Answer:	$25.06 for a dozen 11.5oz bottles. The cookies and cream taste amazing, I love it! 1 bottle keeps me from feeling hungry for about 5-6 hours
Question:	i put mine in freezer and get them slushy. then i was told if i freeze it take the protein out. is this true
Answer:	Freezing them could change the consistency if you freeze them and thaw them out. That's why freezing milk isn't recommended. The only way to change the protein would be with heat. With the right application of heat, you can denature protein. A good experiment to see this at work is frying an egg. That's why the clear runny stuff around the yolk turns white while you cook it. Freeze away (I love dumping it in a blender with ice to get a similar effect.)
