Answer:	This is a great product and yes it does help you gain weight.
Question:	How does chocolate flavor powder in water, compare to the pre-made shakes
Answer:	I buy the Muscle Milk for my grandson, so I do not know this first hand, but he does not like the pre-make shakes at all, but he drinks the chocolate flavor powder in water three times a day and depends on it. He was severely underweight and is now gaining four pounds a month.
Question:	What is the difference between the "gainer" and the regular? Seeing "gainer" makes me think I'll gain weight

As each serving is 1,270 calories, the mixture can sometimes be a little thick and, in the event of not using enough water, may cause some sediment at the bottom of your shaker. To avoid this, I would advise either using more water or reducing the serving size to (2) scoops instead of the standard (4).

Answer:	In the 'Directions' section of the label, one serving is described as a rounded scoop. That's the same as a heaping scoop. Flattening out the powder on the scoop provides less.

Answer:	Although I don't know what's the exact ingredient difference, I can definitely say the following: vanilla tastes good, but the naturally flavored vanilla tasted horrible to me (especially a weird after taste). I purchased the naturally flavored vanilla, but had to return it because of this.

Answer:	Vanilla ice cream is disgusting - too sweet! Double rich chocolate is my absolute favorite. Not too sweet and goes well with everything.

Answer:	Get something like an "AMIR 500g/0.01g Digital Kitchen Scale". They're twelve bucks & quite accurate. I suspect the powder is compressed, making the scoops a bit heavy. Measuring by weight instead of volume should provide more consistent results.
