Answer:	After you open it and take out the scoop, close the container an shake it up and down for about 10 seconds, it will fluff back up to about 3/4 full.

Answer:	If you lift weights and are simultaneously cutting weight and trying not to lose too much muscle along with the fat, then absolutely yes. I'd even say substituting out other calories for a couple scoops of this a day is almost mandatory on a weight cut for lifters trying to maintain strength. You can use this to substantially raise the % of your calories you're getting from protein so that you eat enough protein while eating fewer total calories. One scoop of this stuff is 120 calories and 24 grams of protein. That's 96 calories from protein our of 120 total, a massive 80%.
Question:	If I were to make protein shakes with single serving size portions about 5 days/week, how long do you think a 2 lb container would last me? 5 lb? THX
Answer:	2lbs = 29 servings. Roughly, 5 days/week with a 4 week month is about 20 servings (excluding weekends). That leaves you with roughly 9 servings for the month left. I work out everyday but only take a shake after a workout. 2 lbs lasts me about a month. 5 lbs = 75 servings. For me, a 5 lb tub would easily be 2 months maybe 2.5. If you plan on staying with ON, it's more cost-effective to purchase the 5 lb tub depending on the vendor. Hope this helps.
Question:	Will consuming more whey (protein) help my rotator cuff tear heal
Answer:	I'm currently sitting here with a second surgery on my shoulder. First time was labrum tear and second was latarjet. I can say with 100% confidence drinking this will not help heal your rotator cuff. You posted this in 2013 and it is 3 years later, if you haven't seen a specialist and it hasn't given you problems that you are one lucky SOB. If it's still giving you problems, see a specialist or do PT. You probably need surgery depending on the tear. You don't want to live with that un-repaired the rest of your life haha.

Answer:	I know this question was from some time back but yes I have used the unflavored version and would highly recommend it to anyone. I went through an entire 3lb jar of the unflavored version while making numerous meals and deserts for my wife and I after her jaw surgery. I went on a mission to find one but was originally worried about finding a truly unflavored powder however neither one of us could even tell it was in our food. I imagine if you were to try to put it in something that had almost no flavor like water for instance, or way overloaded something you might be able to tell (I even tasted it straight from the jar on many occasions just to be sure and was not put off by any taste). I tended to put more in meals than it directed anyway since the wife could not eat solid foods (fairly heavily actually). I think you would notice a difference in texture of the food before you would even taste a difference.

Answer:	I only use protein powder for oatmeal/pancakes/baking, around 5-10g per serving. I get enough protein from my diet, so I sparingly used this product. Even 2-3 months after opening the bag the powder tastes and looks the same, I didn't noticed clumping or loss in quality (but I do store it in a cool dry place).

Answer:	It has no taste at all. If you put a cab on your tongue, there is no taste. My teenage (very picky) son also put a bit on his tongue and Did not taste a tbing. I actually wanted this and it is the reason I bought this powder. In my opinion it is possibly the reason 10,000+ people give it four stars.
