This product dries grass blades that are subsequently milled into a powder. Primarily it is made from wheatgrass dust. Answer:	Folic acid is a synthetic form of vitamin B9; the natural form is folate. If you are not fortifying with folic acid shouldn't the label say folate? I ask because I have recently found I have issues processing folic acid and therefore have to eliminate it from my diet. I have been using this product for sometime and would like to continue.

Because of this, I approximate the 18x24 inch tray will produce about 19oz of juice. This website http://nutritiondata.self.com/facts/custom/900675/2 states that 1 ounce of wheatgrass juice has 31.2mg of Magnesium. So 31.2mg * 19 = to about 592.8mg of Magnesium. Answer:	You can use this powder for smoothies, giving extra nutrients to your daily diet. There are 4 different types of greens in this powder: Wheat Grass, Kale, Moringa and Spirulina. My husband is unable to eat salads because of intestinal blockages. This is the way he receives his daily fiber/ nutrients. I add a teaspoon of this powder to his drink, which is equivalent to 1.5 servings of greens. I also add 2 cups of spinach, with a cup of frozen blue berries and 1 banana and 1 cup of almond milk. Blend till smooth. It truly is delicious!
