Answer:	Whey concentrate tends to have a better flavour and thicker texture overall i find due to higher fat content, i prefer isolates though due to very smooth mixing compared to concentrates which makes up for the less rich flavour.

Answer:	I mix with water, I think it mixes really well compared to other protein.

Answer:	"What" is the taste? Depends on what you are ordering. If you are asking "How" is the taste? Depends ... I favour Vanilla, Banana and Neutral. MyProtein is a bit on the sweet side, but then again I am a bit sensitive in that respect and often find artificial flavors too sweet. Thats why I often blend Vanilla with Neutral 50/50. Banana on the contrary is just fine! Orange-Cream is strongly despise! It doesn't taste like either of it! Its just that you have this very strong artificial aftertaste from drinking it and its hard to get rid off by trying to cover it up by adding choco powder or coffee powder even. So hands off Orange-Cream if you value your sanity!

Answer:	I have been using it for meal replacement a few times a day to lose weight it's been great at helping the weight loss. While maintaining muscle. Lost 60 pounds. Once I reach my goal I'll continue to use plus healthier diet to gain lean muscle I'm certain it will work there too.
Question:	How long will 4lbs last three shakes a day
Answer:	I take 2 shakes a day after work out in the morning and later at night instead of a full meal... I mix it with yogurt and liquid for the morning shake and get 30 days from each 4lb container. Hope this helps. The yogurt gives you some extra protein so you can cut the serving to 3/4 of the scoop.

Answer:	I have not had any problems skin wise. Also, Fairlife IS real milk. It is just filtered differently to increase protein and reduce lactose and milk so if milk has a tendency to increase acne for you, you may want to stick with water.
