Answer:	There Are Only 4 NET Carbs. Each individual drink contains 6 Carbs but also contains 2 dietary fiber, so that will equal only 4 net carbs. My whole family loves these things. We actually mix an individual drink with 8 oz of 2% milk, or Almond Milk, to provide "more" to drink/eat and it still tastes great.
Question:	Since this isn't "whey", what about casein

Question:	how is the taste compared to the Orgain chocolate protein shake with 25g of protein
Answer:	“SUCRALOSE” - a sweetener that is not broken down by the body, and I believe is then just passed. However I need to say that compared to regular Ensure High Protein, which also uses SUCRALOSE, this MAX product tastes horrible. I might drink it instead of cannibalism if I was shipwrecked, but I still wouldn’t like it! BUT the regular High Protein (while less mg of protein) is actually great tasting.

Answer:	8 oz crushed ice, 16 oz almond milk - choc and vanilla mix - 3Tbs chia seeds, handful of baby spinach, frozen fruit - blueberries, strawberries, banana - 1 cup each, fresh frozen sliced ginger, plain greek yogurt - 1/2 cup. Blend in the Ninja on Food Puree, add 1 - 2 scoops of the protein powder, 1 scoop powdered peanut butter, 2 scoops dried beet powder, walnuts and blend some more. Makes 2 30 oz shakes.

Answer:	I’ve lost 40lbs since starting the shakes over a year ago. I drink them every morning for breakfast at work and they start to help suppress my appetite in the evenings. I also don’t crave sugar and carbs as much as I used to. My recipe: 12 oz of water in a shaker, 2 scoops of chocolate powder, and fill the rest of the way with ice. Simple, easy, effective.
Question:	What I have not seen in reviews is if users have seen similar results (strength gains) as to other protein powder products
Answer:	Since going completely vegan, my strength increased markedly. I turned 60 this year, and am lifting more than ever, and still adding on weights. This is the protein powder that I use. But as a stand-alone, there may be better products out there. I supplement it with 5 g of creatine and a glass of carrot or carrot/beet juice before a work-out. That combination kicks butt and gives fast recovery.
Question:	can we mix the powder with regular milk
Answer:	Yes any liquid even juices if u wanted to make a smoothie. I add 1/4 cup of raw oats and I use 1/4 organic Coconut milk/ water and a a squirt of chocolate syrup when it's vanilla. And just hand stir it. It fills me up and it tastes fairly good. At times I rather have a shake vs food to not cook! Plus I make it at night and if I wake up to snack, I find my shake and have that.
