Answer:	Hi! Thank you for your question. We cannot say gluten free because the shake is not made in a gluten-free facility. It has less than 20 ppm. People with gluten issues "may" be able to tolerate the shakes.

Answer:	I like the nutritional makeup of 120. The taste is never an issue for me because I change the flavor with Torani Sugar Free "Syrups". Just got a bottle of Cheesecake flavor. Buy the shake that best serves your nutritional needs because that's what should be your #1 concern. HMR left a comment that only 70 makes a pudding. I put 120 in a small bowl with about a tablespoon each of Torani flavoring and water to make a thick paste that I call pudding. Add tiny amounts of water to get the consistency you like. Very tasty and changes it up from a drink to something to eat. :-)

Due to the nature of the glass bottles, we cannot use high heat to seal the safety seal, as it is directly applied to the glass bottle opening. As the bottle is opened, the seal is suctioned up with the lid. If you're listening for it, you can hear a slight pop of the suction breaking when opening your bottle. Since this may not be noticeable for many customers, it is a cause for concern! Know that we are working on fixing this issue! Working with large glass bottles was new for us, and we didn't anticipate this particular issue. It has been a learning curve! For future runs, we are adding an additional outer safety seal to the product so people can feel safer about their product, but unfortunately, we must go through the inventory (that doesn't have the 2nd seal) before we can get some of that inventory in. It is definitely important to make certain your product has not been tampered with, and we are so sorry that this has been a cause of concern for our customers. Answer:	This is the one pancake recipe I have tried so far. I am on the low carb lifestyle so it may not work for you, but these taste great to me. Ingredients: 2 eggs; 2 scoops of the protein powder; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 6 tablespoons water or almond milk; cooking spray or coconut oil for greasing your pan. Heat a skillet or a griddle on the stove while you mix up the batter. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Use a 1/3 measuring cup to size your pancakes. Cook them until they are slightly bubbly on top and golden brown underneath and then flip them and cook about another minute. You can add other things like chocolate chips or chopped walnuts. Supposed to make 6 to 8 pancakes. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Mine came with a scoop but, I did have to dig it out with a spoon. It had settled in shipping.
Question:	Has anyone lost weight using solely this? Or in conjunction with other keto plans
Answer:	I do a lot of intermittent fasting and paleo eating, not as into full keto but for me eating, cooking, cleaning can be really inconvenient or sometimes I need a weight loss/cutting phase kick-start so I like to mix 1 scoop of keto cheesecake and 1 scoop Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein Isolate Powder with some half and half and cold coffee and I am absolutely good to go for 12 hours. I am an active 175 lb 6ft male. I feel confident in this mix providing me the necessary macros while still maintaining a caloric deficit with very few net carbs. Obviously I wouldnt limit my diet to only this for an extended period of time but week long strectches have been very doable. Additionally of all the meal replacement shakes I have had such as ketochow(gak) the texture and flavor are far and away the best. You can actually drink this stuff its not thick as oatmeal. Also not a shill.
