Question:	How much weight have you lost
Answer:	I have this for breakfast every single morning. Some days I’ll replace a dinner or lunch but that’s not common. I have both the chocolate and the vanilla. Every morning I do 8oz of almond milk, two scoops of this, a teaspoon or two of chia seeds, teaspoon of matcha green tea powder, and I also add a vegetable supplement powder (1/2-1 teaspoon) and ice. In about 6 weeks I’ve lost 13 pounds. I do genuinely feel this keeps me fuller longer, make me have less of an appetite when it comes to later meals and curbs my snack cravings. It’s only in the past two weeks I’ve paired this with working out. I really enjoy this and do recommend it!
Question:	How many servings per 16 oz container
Answer:	It says 13 but that’s if you use two scoops. I found that to be a bit too much for me so I only use one. That gives me 26 servings out of each container. Even with one scoop, it taste absolutely delicious.
Question:	Woudl this be an equivalent for Shakeology
Answer:	Shakeology doesn't have soy protein and only certain flavors have fructose. So, you're getting what you pay for, unfortunately. Quality doesn't compare from what I can see.

Answer:	As a former shakeology user, I compare them pretty much the same! (Even better because this doesn't cost an arm and a leg!) I've only bought the chocolate, and I actually liked this one just as much right off the bat. I prepared both shakes the same. 5 ice cubes, 1 cup almond milk and 3/4 a banana in my bullet blender. A months supply will cost you waaaay less than shakeology. 1 tub of this for about $15 lasts approximately 2 weeks, $30ish a month.

Answer:	Hmm, I've heard Vanilla is really good. I haven't tried it yet but I'd imagine it's less sweet than berry. Have you thought of the mocha flavor? It's super delicious and definitely not very sweet, just creamy!
Question:	Should this only be used as a recovery drink
Answer:	If you're question is whether or not this is a "pre workout" drink - it's not. It should be taken whenever you would need PROTEIN not necessarily exclusive to "recovery". Early morning with breakfast, after workouts, or in the evening as your last meal.
Question:	What is the difference between this product and the original
Answer:	Without going into too much detail there are some added ingredients like tart cherries and turmeric. The new formula has more bcaa's however, to me the original formula tastes better and the original formula has less calories which matters to me. The new formula has 5 more grams of protein than the original, but for me that's not worth the extra calories. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Water does not have protein, milk does. The product label has nutritional info, mix and mix with milk. If you want a water-only product, try something like WonderSlim which is also sold on Amazon. It might cost more, but you won’t need to also buy milk.
Question:	Is the vitamin, mineral, fiber, or probiotic content different between the grass fed and lean? The nutrition facts are way different so I’m concerned
Answer:	SUGAR is the First ingredient. OIL is second. If you think this is a good way to lose weight, have a it. You deserve better though.

Answer:	Hi there, Thank you for asking, we appreciate and understand your concern! First off, let me assure you that the product DOES have a safety seal. Due to the nature of the glass bottles, we cannot use high heat to seal the safety seal, as it is directly applied to the glass bottle opening. As the bottle is opened, the seal is suctioned up with the lid. If you're listening for it, you can hear a slight pop of the suction breaking when opening your bottle. Since this may not be noticeable for many customers, it is a cause for concern! Know that we are working on fixing this issue! Working with large glass bottles was new for us, and we didn't anticipate this particular issue. It has been a learning curve! For future runs, we are adding an additional outer safety seal to the product so people can feel safer about their product, but unfortunately, we must go through the inventory (that doesn't have the 2nd seal) before we can get some of that inventory in. It is definitely important to make certain your product has not been tampered with, and we are so sorry that this has been a cause of concern for our customers. Answer:	You can google it or go on gatorade.com/endurance. INGREDIENTS: Electrolytes 290mg Sodium/140 mg Potassium; Carbs 21g; 80 Calories. It's basically twice the potassium and 3 times the sodium.

Answer:	it depends on when you buy it. I estimate the printed expiration date is about 4 months from shipment. I received some in March with an exp. date of June 20. I consider that this powdered product has an expiration date just so the manufacturer can get you to throw away good product and buy more. After all it is just sugar, and flavoring with no fat. Citric acid does not go stale, neither does food starch or salt.
