In 3 weeks, I dropped around 7lb with absolutely no extra exercise or change in diet. So as to your 2nd question - another Yes. You DO need another product if you are wanting to shred weight. This is exactly what it says. (PM) so it has Htp (increase metabolism) & melatonin (for help in stimulating the chemicals in our brain to rest more peaceful) many do not know, but you can ask any pharmacist or physician too. Melatonin is what our body’s produce naturally; however with a gazillion reasons why, (stress, foods, environment etc) this decrease over time. Adding a melatonin is vital to our brain and other organs that thrive better when hydrated and were rested - so my point: it does take a bit of time (everyone is different) before the melatonin works to the fullest effect. It needs time to “build up” in our system. So keep Using it with the addition to the benefit of our metabolism still working at a resting level. (Example the first time I started taking melatonin a few years ago, it took about a week before I noticed I was definitely resting better. With this product you get the bonus of both as I listed above. And to answer better your question if you need daytime product. That depends on your goal. I myself, love JF (PM,) JF CUT (it is truly amazing. In fact the very first day I started “Cut” I had no appetite I had to force myself to eat. It’s a staple product for me now. And I Use JF (Lean) - love!! Non stimulant for all 3. And I again, lost 7 pounds in around 3 weeks. For example: my husband is drinking one shake a day made with this product and he is building lean muscle quickly (like hes nearly ripped after 7 weeks, ridiculously fast!). Though he is a beast and his body type has a lot to do with the way he builds muscle. I however, am drinking a different brand whey protein isolate (because I cant stand the sucrose taste of Dymatize). I am building lean muscle as well, but I am a woman. My body is more susceptible to storing fat. At the end of the day, there are a ton of really good protein options out there, people should enjoy their supplementation which is why taste is so important. |

It's called customer satisfaction. If you aren't satisfied with a product, for whatever reason, and the return policy guarantees your satisfaction, then you have the right to return it. How many people order food in a restaurant, and it isn't to their liking, it was cooked wrong (like asking for a medium rare burger and getting well done), or just didn't enjoy it? They tell the server, and just about 100% of the time, they are offered another dish or a refund. Yet protein powders shouldn't come with the...um guarantee that the main page of this product promises? Plus, this is Amazon. They have about the most liberal return policy imaginable. Look, me personally? I am with Serge Stiles in that if a protein powder, meal replacement, or other edible supplement tastes really bad, I suck it up and eat/drink it anyway. So long as it's healthy. Ha! Anyone who thinks these newfangled supplements taste bad, I would love to put you in a time machine and have you drink some of the most vile and disgusting tasting protein powders you can imagine! You can add raw honey, lemon and even a little cayenne to your water to give yourself an extra cleansing and nutritional kick.Second, if you consume meat and/or dairy, look for replacements while on this cleanse.
