Answer:	Short answer is "yes." I immediately started to get past rep plateaus I had been stuck on for a long time. Doing the same exercises with the same weights but more reps equals a longer workout. I have been using for close to 3 weeks -- and the extra strength I noticed right away has remained. Answer:	Based on a systematic review of 22 randomized control trials, Creatine is not only safe, but associated with increased fat free mass, muscle strength, and endurance vs. placebo. There are no associated kidney function effects. The recommended dosing to establish and maintain muscle creatine stores is 0.3g/kg for the first 3 days while starting, then take 3-5g daily thereafter. Ex.
